Serendipity

A series of paintings and drawings influenced by random events and usually produced in moments of boredom or inactivity. These frames where initially shaped by a simple line and sometimes overlaid with color. The work begins with a minimal profile line, which describes an activity, event, or object. The spirit of the moment is then defined by color. Hence, line and color captures the emotional social encounters and spatial experiences that inspired the work.
